At HELAS Jewelry, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original HELAS gift box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
